Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Yield: 13 servings Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 1 hr
Ingredients
- 4 cups / 24 oz chicken breasts (or cutlets)
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 3/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Procedure
Prep Chicken
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Butterfly chicken breasts if you aren’t using cutlets
- Salt chicken. Let set 30 min - 1 hr
- Bake chicken until 165 F (about 15 min)
- Rest
- Shred in stand mixer
Combine & Bake
- In a large bowl combine:
- chicken
- cream cheese
- buffalo sauce
- ranch dressing
- 5.5 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
- Spread the mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2.5 ounces of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted. Turn on broiler to brown.
