Buffalo Chicken Dip

Yield: 13 servings Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 cups / 24 oz chicken breasts (or cutlets)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Procedure

Prep Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Butterfly chicken breasts if you aren’t using cutlets
  3. Salt chicken. Let set 30 min - 1 hr
  4. Bake chicken until 165 F (about 15 min)
  5. Rest
  6. Shred in stand mixer

Combine & Bake

  1. In a large bowl combine:
    1. chicken
    2. cream cheese
    3. buffalo sauce
    4. ranch dressing
    5. 5.5 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
  2. Spread the mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 2.5 ounces of cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese on top is melted. Turn on broiler to brown.
